I just hope that this was Matt's decision and not TSN's. I thought that he was better in the broadcast booth than on the panel but he wasn't bad there either. I will say that the panel has needed a refresh for quite a long time.

I agree Ravi, Dunigan has been good for the league both as a player and broadcaster.

I loved Dunigan as a player, and mostly enjoyed him as a broadcaster -- especially when he was in the booth doing colour, where his passion and excitement were infectious. But he had a serious flaw as a panelist -- he always used up a greater share of the available time than was fair to his fellow panelists. When he was with Schultz (RIP) and Climie, a three-minute segment would be like two and a half minutes of Matt, and 15 seconds each from the other two guys. Like everyone else I hope leaving was his call (or he's at least OK with it), but I for one won't mind seeing some changes to the panel. Stegall, Muamba and Lapo are excellent; I could live without (or at least with less of) Barker and Sanchez. But obviously everyone has their own tastes on this stuff.
