Big Rivalry Game. Hamilton is healthy, Toronto is not. Hamilton is well rested, Toronto is not, Hamilton fans are coming, Toronto fans not so much. Hamilton won all 3 games versus Toronto last year.
The Argos have them right where they want them. Time to eat some fried pussy cat.

I really feel like Ticat fans haven't travelled as well to Toronto since the 2021 East Final.
Toronto fans not so much.
Do you have any indication of what tomorrow's crowd looks like?

On crowd size, only taking into account drop off from home opener to last game, and the last game was Saskatchewan and they usually bump the attendance. But no I have no evidence it will be a small crowd. I hope I'm wrong. Rogers are officially the 100% owner of MLSE, as of July 1 and if they intend to restrict the pennies that were thrown at the Argos, I worry for the team. But again, I hope I am dead wrong and Ed Rogers develops a relationship with the new commissioner, and Keith Pelley retains some kind of connection to the first team he ran as President. I think Norm Macdonald once said - Hope is a terrible strategy.

Another example of why i love Dunigan's saying: "can't go wrong when you go long". 2 big plays to Lawler; Arbuckle almost had one to Ungerer but a bit under-thrown and a nice play to pick it by the Ticats DB. Difference in the game so far. Argo D needs to make more plays.

There were a number of reasons the Argos lost but primarily it was the D being unable to do the job. The D line could not put pressure on a hot Ti Cat QB and the secondary not able to cover the Ti Cat receivers. Could be a long season.

He does seem to enjoy the Argos misfortunes. The bye week couldn't come at a better time. I need to step away from this for a while after tonight.

Hamilton's offensive line owned the Argo's defensive line most of the night (on some of the replays you could clearly see holding, but I think only the Argos O line got a holding call).. Mitchell for the most part was not moved off "his spot" and there was no pressure on those long throws. Coupled with almost pin point accuracy and good velocity on the ball, the defensive backs tried but certainly came up short.

Arbuckle was pressured on most of his throws, and rarely is able to lead receivers on long balls so it takes a great contested catch for a completion. Hunter is still learning the right tackle position and was frequently beaten on speed rushes. Brown is not fast enough any more to go wide.

There were some bright spots like Mital and the latest running back ran hard and caught some passes.

Onward and upward hopefully.
