A solid and much needed win !

Nick had a good game throwing some strikes to some quality Argo receivers; O-line had a better game and i thought Bosse held up well at OT; Argos need a big inside runner powerback - neither of McMahon or Laborn cut it there IMO - maybe an NFL cut air-lift could work later in the season, and it's too bad draft pick Joey Zorn was not given any opportunity.

D has held up, but still need some improvement.

Still lots of time left in the season for the good ship to sail strong.

Solid game by the Argos tonight. Offence starting to find some consistency under Arbuckle. He's the man now. Kelly has been 6 gamed by Dinwiddie post game.

To my eyes, that was the best game Arbuckle has ever played as an Argo, including the Grey Cup. He looked extremely sharp, poised and under control. He missed three throws late in the second quarter that could have turned this into a blowout, but the way the passes sailed made me think the slippery ball might have been at least partly to blame.

The o-line had its moments both ways. I'm really not sold on Moore at LT, and I've never been a fan of Richards but he looked OK for a guy who'd been here less than a week. Bosse whiffed a few times but mostly looked OK. Most of the Bombers' big pressure came from guys roaring up the middle, which will need to be cleaned up next week. Hopefully Doxtater is close to returning. I guess Ciraco really isn't healthy since he played only a few tight-end sets. We dodged a bullet dressing only six o-linemen.

Collaros looked very downcast and I wonder if he might be out for a while.

seven Bomber turnovers, i was hopeful our Argos could win this one and cheered very hard, but those turnovers were not on my bingo card. two picks, two fumbles including a put return muff, others on Downs. Really you have got to win when your opponent does that.
Lirim 6 for 6 FG, excellent. D-line still looks weak to me, teams can run against us and we get very few sacks. Our pass receivers are terrific players and they worked hard for their yards tonite. O-line showed every bit of the personnel issues we knew were there pre-game, but did enough to win.

Nick Arbuckle. Slayer of the Blue Bombers. The Anti-Aircraft Gun.

The biggest takeaway I have from that game is every player on the Argos put in a solid effort and very much looked like they wanted the win. That should give us all some renewed optimism moving forward.

Not happy with giving up so many sacks but on the whole the team played well. If Arbuckle continues to play like he did in this game, the team should continue its winning ways.

Argos, Als and Ticats made it 3-0 for the East vs West this week. Last thing I want to see is a West crossover.
