Coxie single-handedly kept the game close. Credit Arby for a couple beauty throws to him.

But all those pass knockdowns — was it a record number? — they are on the QB, not the OLine. Wake Up man!

Love the growth on D. #36 Casey looks better every outing. McFadden had another all-world performance. Judge was on fire till he whiffed badly at the end.

Very entertaining game to watch. If the team keeps playing this hard the wins will come.

The negatives: Too many penalties, o-line struggles, a game-changing INT by Arbuckle (who was otherwise not bad), squandered opportunities that cost the Argos at least 7 points in the 2nd half, two special teams TDs allowed and another TD given up by the offence.

The positives: The defence only allowed 19 points, including one TD, kept Oliveira largely in check, and Coxie is establishing himself as one of the top receivers in the Canadian game.

This was a winnable game that they let slip away. The next 3 games are huge and very winnable - Ottawa, Edmonton, and BC. If they can win all three, they won't be in bad shape heading into Labour Day.

I am impressed that they kept themselves together and put themselves into position to possibly win the game. That did not look at all possible the way things were going in the first half.

You think he has time to move around? I don't.
I agree Paul.
The O-Line completely sucked last night!

Rich, you are dead wrong there. Ask any coach, and o-lineman. That is 100%!on the line.

Nothing is 100% in this complicated world. But pocket awareness, arm angle and optimal reads are three things that can help QBs avoid pass knockdowns.

Those pass knockdowns really are on the o-line. Dinwiddie and Arbuckle talked about it post-game: https://youtu.be/VjknDevmyiw?si=qe8OPg0dde5oTmSM

Considering how bad the o-line was and that Arbuckle typically gives up a bad pick every game, I thought he played well.

The less said about special teams last night the better.

Huge game next week.

You are correct Ravi, most of the offensive woes (QB pressures, lack of running game, short yardage difficulties) lead back to the poor performance of the Argos O-Line.

Agreed, this loss isn’t on Arbuckle.
