Never in doubt. Seriously, the D came up big in the last part of the game. Looks as if Arbuckle will go on the injury list, with Kelly returning for the next game. IMO, Doege has earned the backup spot with his play today.

Great win !!!~ Play-offs are there for the taking. Over-coming the defecit in the turn-over battle but that Chatfield fumble recovery TD was huge (big mistake by Fajardo)
I remain continuously baffled by CFL (NFL too for that matter) coaches not getting how to take as much time off the clock as possible before they score go ahead points late in a game = thus giving the opponent enough time to get into FG range for a game winning kick; even 5 or 6 seconds bled off the clock can make a huge difference like one less play for the offence to then get in FG range. IF it's 2nd down and you are in FG range, then design a play that can waste seconds - even if u lose yardage; like give it to a speedy receiver on a hand-off deep in the backfield and have him run around / back & forth to waste time; or have a mobile QB do the same thing. Elks waste a few more seconds and the Argos do not have time to get in range with the plays they ran.

I hope Dinwiddie improves and learns from his first half performance. Two 3rd down turnovers in FG territory and a lousy challenge that should have been saved for later. Such a Dinwiddie combo.

Congrats Argos. Onward to who knows where.
An Argos Bounce is how they won

Very fair comments, that challenge would have come in handy late in the game with an obvious missed pass interference call.ArgoGabe22 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 13, 2025 6:48 pm I hope Dinwiddie improves and learns from his first half performance. This unlikely victory belongs to the Argonauts D which hung tough the whole game.

Refs were not kind to the Argos for the most part today, much like the road game in Edmonton. Huge shout out to Eiben and Shivers. Yes, the D gave up 30 points, but the turnovers didn't help. Rankin was basically invisible today. Dozier appears to be a great acquisition at SAM.
Pretty sure Arbuckle was hurt in the short yardage play where Metchie left the game. I thought it was a foot issue. This should finally be enough to get Kelly back in the lineup.
Good to see Dinwiddie get the last laugh after putting up with Maxie yipping all game. He has done nothing with his high priced D Line this year.
Bring on Montreal!

Dinwiddie is not only the best head coach in the league but also the most entertaining: https://3downnation.com/2025/09/13/thos ... -building/gilthethrill wrote: ↑Sat Sep 13, 2025 7:23 pm Refs were not kind to the Argos for the most part today, much like the road game in Edmonton. By the way, did Robbie Smith play today?
