Kettyle (5th), Latendresse-Regimbald (7th), McBean (8th) and Sibley (10th). U Sport receivers have on occasion been ranked lower than one would expect---is this another case? Remember Schaffer-Baker wasn't even invited to the combine and was eventually drafted in the 4th round.

The new Scouting Bureau is out and has TE Rohan Jones (Arkansas) moving up to #6.

I didn't think about him as a pure receiver prospect before, but IMO, for the CFL, he is probably the top talent this draft crop = a big guy who can run and get deep - so could be a very good big target slotback in the CFL (like an Elgaard or DiPietro or Sinopoli as a recent example).

Only problems maybe: a) he is going to get an NFL look i think and might never show-up in the CFL, and, b) CFL myopics might consider him an H-back (and thus plays well less than 50% of snaps in a game) who never gets to show what he could do as a regular and featured receiver.

The Argos now hold draft picks 2, 11, 16, 22, 23 and 30. With some adroit selections the team should obtain a number of promising players.

The Argos have gone from 6 picks in the top 31 to 6 in the top 30. They also get either a 2nd or 3rd rounder in 2027 depending on whether Vilain signs in Ottawa or not.

Just saw Ferguson's mock draft---glad he isn't chosen for the Argos.

No kidding ! - Some of his post on the CFL draft or rosters are WTF to me, but, to each his own opinion and Marshall knows football for sure, and I like some of his Argo picks (if they got receiver Cenacle and RB Mombo). However it is the CFL draft we're talking so expect anything or some whacky stuff happening.

Just looking at the Argos' first 6 picks in the top 30, I would like to see them come away with 2 o-linemen, 2 receivers, 1 defensive lineman, and 1 DB. I hope that no fewer than 5 of these 6 picks are in camp this year.
