Good catch Ravi. Not sure how he figured in the teams plans this season. Curious to see what newcomers emerge to fill out the roster.

That's very interesting! Unfortunately, the UFL hasn't produced much QB talent for the CFL (or NFL, for that matter).

OL Anim Dankwah has been moved to the injured veterans list. He must still be recovering from his knee injury during his first start in Montreal last year.

In 3 Downs report of the Duggan release, John Hodge implies that Hennig is adding depth to the O Line?

Interesting to bizarre; Duggan has a nice resume and was with the team last year to gain some CFL experience; hard to picture how any of the other QBs behind Kelly & Arbuckle rate a TC look over Duggan; but maybe he asked for his release to go play in the UFL or wherever ?

CFL teams have announced a number of new QB singings lately - American QBs of course only (need apply).

We may never know the full story, but it's not unheard of for new guys to pack it in on their own after spending a few days in camp. Duggan might have concluded he was not going to play much, if at all, and it wasn't worth making $80k Cdn to hold a clipboard.

Sorry to see Duggan released. He seemed tailor made for the CFL and the Argos and appeared to answer the need for a short yardage QB.

The UFL season is more than half over so it would make little sense for Duggan to return there. It may simply be the case that he didn't perform well during rookie camp.

Henning is still listed on the Argos' roster wearing #57. It's all very strange.
