Duggan might have concluded he was not going to play much, if at all, and it wasn't worth making $80k Cdn to hold a clipboard.
QB3 this year is going to be the short yardage guy, Duggan’s an excellent, experienced short yardage QB, he can learn things from Kelly and follow his path into a CFL starting job, how much more could Duggan possibly expect at this point in his career?

Do we know if he showed up at camp at all? Did he show up out of shape? Bad attitude? Serious personal problem? You’re right Paul we will likely never know the answers, too bad there isn’t a CFL news site that can find answers instead of just regurgitating stuff.

I am pretty sure I saw a photo of him throwing at rookie camp.

Maybe new HC Miller just doesn't like the guy.

Tough QB competition, when you include the likes of Tucker Horn (Trinity) and Anthony Guerico (Clarion).

Was Duggan the guy from the Horny Toads who played in NCAA championship a couple of years back? Good thing all the Argos need is a third stringer. Sounds like alot of guys named Ralph.

Sometimes it’s just as simple as that.

The simplest explanation is usually the most accurate one.
