Yes he has. I really don't know how well he played last season, but it was apparent that Winnipeg wanted to improve that spot with the signing of FA Jarell Broxton.

The Argos have signed National OL Domic Piazza. He was drafted by Edmonton last season 40th overall, returned to McGill U, then was released at the conclusion of this years Training Camp. Poor kid never had a shot there with all the Free Agent talent that Hervey brought to Edmonton in the offseason.

Ahem - i mentioned Piazza a few days back when some were concerned about the Argos O-line depth; he was a 1st team all-Canadian at C for McGill last year and before that was named Q all-star at OT. Might pan out; hope so.

When I saw the name, I thought it was one you had mentioned, OV.

I think that you forgot about the signing of Global WR Michael Buckley. In looking at his background, it is modest at best. There must be some sort of connection with the player with someone in Argos personnel. I have a feeling that we will have Gill thanking the player for his contributions to the team at some point soon.
