Going back to 2021, including both regular season and playoffs, the Argos have faced the Alouettes 12 times. Argos hold an 8 -4 advantage.

This year, they have split two games, each team winning on the road.

Of course, this means nothing... the Alouettes, based on their record and consistent play all season, are clearly the better team, but I don't know what to think or how I feel about what is going to happen Saturday. Which Argos team is going to show up? If there was ever a time for this team to show they are serious about making a run for the GC, now would be it. They have the parts. I am hoping for the best.

I have two extra tickets for Saturday's game.... they were my season's tickets gift, but I am not able to use them. Section 223, row 18, on the aisle. It is the top row, but as there are lots of available seats in that section, you can obviously move down.

If anyone would like them, send me a DM with your email. Would love for them to be put to good use.

As good as Montreal's defence has been, they can be run on. Hoping Carey is able to go tomorrow night. If the Argos D plays like they are capable of, then the Argos should win.

Depth chart is out. Good news is Grant and Brissett are back. Bad news is Cage is out and no extra o-lineman is dressing. Six total, with Giffen starting at LG and Rice the only backup. I hate dressing six, and I think this might be the only time it has happened in the Dinwiddie era. Hope it doesn't come back to bite us. I guess MacKellar must still be unable to dress, even though he practised all week.

I believe the Bombers are only dressing one back-up O-lineman this week and the Als as well; and these were the 2 other teams who consistently dressed 2 back-up O-line all year. The CFL is a very copy-cat , group think kinda league led by , you guessed it, a GOB club. Might be the new norm now and dissenters will be laughed at. Hate to see any player get injured, but one of these teams needs a good lesson and it could hurt a lot in a play-off game; i.e. easily cost a team a win.

The Ti Cats beat BC in overtime, so this game may mean more to the Argos than it does to Montreal. Hopefully the Argos play like it does.

It's a must-win for the Argos, IMO.

Argos have a bye coming up, and Hamilton can pass Toronto with a win against Winnipeg on Friday.

I fully believe Hamilton is going to win out with the way they're playing. So the Argos better take care of business. Although B.C. and the Riders ain't looking too hot themselves so I assume we'd be playing one of them if we crossover. The travel isn't ideal obviously. I have no clue what to expect against the Als tomorrow. We better win! No margin for error now.

IF the Bummers need to keep winning to secure first place, there is little chance they are going to lose to the Ticats; their D will pevent Bo from having an easy passing day that the useless BC D did last night.
