Last year I paid $392 for 2 seats on section 227 (the light blue area on the seating map, same price point as the Fanzone seating in the south end where I sat from 2016 until this year), those same seats are now costing $500, a $108 price increase, and for what justification?

How about the fact that they have been really underpriced for quite some time? They are getting in line with other teams. I too am in 227. My seats cost $244 each last year and 290 in 2024. I check seating charts with other teams. $290 for my seat on the 10 yard line is still pretty good. Including a playoff game, that’s $29 per game.batkinson001 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2024 12:44 am Last year I paid $392 for 2 seats on section 227 (the light blue area on the seating map, same price point as the Fanzone seating in the south end where I sat from 2016 until this year), those same seats are now costing $500, a $108 price increase, and for what justification?

Tickets prices have to go up unfortunately...especially if you look what other teams charge for tickets. MLSE has been keeping the cost down while our fan base gets reenergized. Things like "Realsports" are a disappointment but there are some some benefits if we can hang in with MLSE for a few more years.... Just my opinion...
But I think there has to be sections of affordable seats ... maybe north and south grandstand to get casual fans ...and with this economy. Kind of like the "Dominion seats" in the old days... especially in this Market...
I sat in 219 a couple times this year... view is amazing.... was surprised how good those seats are....

I'm in 225, so my pair went up to 790 from 568. Steep, but I still think it's a good value. I was clicking around in the Upgrade Your Seats option, and the cutoff point at my section for the silver zone is row 13. Some sections were actually made cheaper.
On a positive note, I'm hoping this means they have generated significantly more interest in these seats for 2025 from new buyers.

I have asked my rep to drop me to 1 seat again for next year.

I haven’t heard from a single person complaining that their seats went down in price! Luckily my seats in 126 and 227 stayed the same. By comparison, my 20 yard line 126 ticket that costs $395, is $880 in Hamilton.DanTheFan wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2024 8:08 am I'm in 225, so my pair went up to 790 from 568. Mine also went up just $20 total for two seats. The big increase in my section (124) was last year.
