Here's rare footage - some of a 1975 game between the Roughriders and Argos at old Exhibition Stadium: https://youtu.be/rh3QDm3rEk4?si=dz_4f9aGG8wDWmDT

That's the first footage I've ever seen with seating in the north endzone and yard markers coloured in red with an outer white trim for an Argo game at Exhibition Stadium.

That also came up on my feed.

I checked out the 1975 CFL schedule after watching this, and it was 8 weeks with 4 games and 8 weeks with 5 games. The oddity was the Argos played one game every week, so no byes and no week with two games. Yet we still sucked.

Bill Bynum led the 1975 Argonauts with 923 yards passing.

One player I had never heard of was Cleo House, whom Don Chevrier said was a fan favourite in Toronto: https://muleriderathletics.com/honors/h ... se-sr-/140

1975 was just a shade before my time as the first season I can recall watching the Argos and understanding in any way what was happening was 1976.

He's probably the most popular Cleo to suit up for the Double Blue. The other Cleo likely left a sour taste in people's mouths.
